PROPERTIES
Wild mint essential oil is traditionally used for calming itch, arthritis, rheumatism and dental pain. For pain it combines very well with eucalyptus citriodora, laurel and lavender. It is a very refreshing oil.
Inhaled it might be good for sinusitis, migraine and headache. Being a digestive oil, can be used for difficult digestion (rubbed diluted) blended with ginger and turmeric.
It is an ideal oil for diffusion when blended with Siberian fir, black spruce, lemon and lavender, the effect is invigorating and strengthening for body and mind.
